December 2004 Winner: InuYasha-Home http://www.inuyasha-home.com Description: General InuYasha Site Rating: **** Layout: It is a unique style, could have a back button here or there (I'm lazy to use the browser's, lol -- So it's just a preference of mine), but it is clean and pretty easy to navigate. I have a bit of a problem with the splash page (I'll explain in final thoughts). Home button would be nice ^_^ Content: Gigantic image gallery featuring over hundred wallpapers, screencaps, actual info is small for the most part. Mostly I would call this a uh.. gallery site ::nod:: Special Qualities: ::dies:: Are you kidding? PICTURES...They have more than I will ever have, lol. Ending thoughts: The splash page, is a bit of a 'bah' for me. The button to go to the main page, wasn't working for me for some reason. It's worked before, so I have no idea. I about gave up trying to find a link, but found at the very bottom, and very tiny might I add, a home page link. Now... All I suggest is to make that more er.. visible and easy to find if that button thing isn't working for someone. Eh, besides that very impressive image collection. This site could focus on more info if they wanted, but the pictures itself is grand.





November 2004 Winner: Sentimental Rhapsody http://tainted-sky.com/iy Description: Kagome/Inuyasha site, includes general info as well. Rating: **** + Layout: This new layout is very nice and simplistic. I have no idea why, but I like dark colors (such as IYK, I've had a black background for ages). Navigation is very good. Awesome layout, I luv it. ^_^ Content: Excellent variety of content -- multimedia, general info..etc, etc. Special Qualities: Song parodies is something I haven't seen done, very funny. They have a nice arrangement of games like: Guess the episode also the I caught shippou game, lol. Also I like the gallery of "Sits". Ending thoughts: Overall this is a great site, great navigation, great info, simply top marks. So what are you waiting for? Give em' a visit already!





October 2004 Winner: ~Fantasy Forest~ http://ff.golden-oracle.net/ Description: Anime/Graphics site Rating: **** Layout: Very, very, VERY unique (you know me, originality catches my eye) and is organized quite well. Content: Very much more of a graphic site than just anime information. What they have provided though graphic wise is quite nice. There's layouts, AIM themes, Blogs, buttons-- you name it. Also has a small tutorial on making AMV's (which I never knew much about..til' I read it) and HTML. Special Qualities: Layouts-Layouts-Layouts. Ending thoughts: One thing that I love that's USER friendly, is the background music option. I don't think background music is bad, but unexpectedly blaring from you speakers isn't pleasant. Some don't even have a stop or silence option. Sites with those irk me. Graphically this is a very interesting site and I like their style. Such as with each site, building content will only make it better.





September 2004 Winner: Inuyasha's Shrine http://www.freewebs.com/crazy_about_inu Description: A general InuYasha site. Rating: ** Layout: A little choppy, the links on the right give it that feel that it's being squished. It's still alright to navigate though. The layout isn't consistent, the gallery would do better in a pop up window. Content: Quite a variety of quizzes you can take. Gallery is small, but alright. Characters profiles are done very well, they even have the Kagome's kitty! There's also news, poll, learn Japanese, and a small eppy guide of the episode titles. Special Qualities: Again, I like the character profiles and their variety of quizzes are nice. Ending thoughts: It's a decent site, they can work on more content. I can tell in some pages though that they have put some time into it, which that's always nice to see. It's organized, not really random things slapped together as you may see in other sites.





August 2004 Winner: Lord Fluffy's Domain http://free.hostdepartment.com/L/LordFluffySama Description: Dedicated to Sesshomarou with also info on Rin/Jaken. Rating: **** Layout: Very pretty, I love the blue-ness. Easy to navigate. Content: Info on Sessh, Rin, Jaken, History on the swords, Fan art/fiction, galleries, wavs. and much more! Special Qualities: I like the Sesshy/Rin/Jaken's corner. You can say why you like the characters or if you dislike them (such as Jaken). They also have a pretty nice gallery on Sesshy, Rin, and Jaken. It's a bit hard to find those with just those characters. Ending thoughts: Very nice Sesshy fansite, It's not only about Sesshy, but Rin and Jaken. Indeed this is a site you should take a visit.






July 2004 Winner: IY Love http://home.comcast.net/~shell2005/index.htm Description: Mainly a fan fiction/art site. Rating: ***/ Layout: Very nice and eye pleasing. Easy to navigate. Content: Fan art, Fanfiction, info on voice actors, chat room, contests, eppy guide, music including mp3's and links. Special Qualities: Very interesting, they have a weekly chat held on InuYasha. Also they have quite a good amount of fanart and fiction so far. I'm sure it will only grow. Ending thoughts: It's a nice site, it really incorporates fellow fans. I think this site can really grow in the main direction of fan art/fics or they can expand content with a little more information on the series. All in all I think it's a good site that's indeed worth a visit.





June 2004 Winner: XMiko Designs http://xmiko.net Description: A graphic euphoria! Rating: ***** Layout: Absolutely amazing and loads quick. This webmistress is my official graphic queen, lol. This girl is good. Content: Avatars, wallpapers, fonts, signs, website layouts...everything one may want for building a site graphically. Special Qualities: Everything is a special quality here in my opinion. Crisp clean graphics, and the webmistress is only 12! I don't think I can ever get over that fact. =) Truly an extraordinary graphic site. Ending thoughts: What's there to say! Go check it out for yourself if your a graphic lover like me!
